Chef Marco Barrila was a top 40 chef in New York city before relocating to the Hamptons in 2005. Chef Barrila launched Insatiable EATS where he caters for the richly fed ad highly demanding. Known for his international menus, Chef Barrila executes many types of cuisine masterfully. Similar to his native country, Sicily, Marco uses local ingredients and is known for his farm-to-table approach and the authenticity of dishes. At Manna, the menu changes frequently with chef’s inspirations and by the season.
